What is Gypcrete?
Gypcrete is a light weight, self leveling, soundproofing and fire rated gypsum cement that does not shrink or crack.
It creates an optimal thermal mass for radiant heat providing the most even heat transfer available. It is installed in: houses with suspended floors, offices and apartment buildings.
Gypsum cement is a sack material that is mixed with sand and water on site in our pump. Then pumped and poured into the building, leveled and floated to finish.
All floor goods including tile, hardwood vinyl, carpet and more can be installed over gypcrete.

Founded in 1993 by Tom & Ardy (pictured), Moser Inc. began with moving their small family and big dreams to Cheney, WA with one goal in mind: to provide reliable high quality products and services.
Together they built a reputation for delivering exceptional service, personalized attention and quality craftsmanship. What started as a small ventures has grown into a trusted name with continued commitment to treating each customer like part of the family.
Over the past 30 years, they passed down their values, work ethic and dedication to the next generation of Moser, their son Cory. Emphasizing the importance of trust, integrity and hard work- values that shape every aspect of our business.
Today, Moser Inc. is owned and operated by Cory and his wife Erin (pictured with their two girls). We are proud to continue the legacy and vision that Tom & Ardy started, ensuring that the family values remain at the heart of everything we do.
